An End of Season Chukar Hunt
Dad and I ran down to the Brownlee to get in one last chukar hunt before the season closes. We caught this coyote trying to make a break for it. The chukars will have a little less predation when their chicks hit the ground this spring.
Christmas Present Dump Truck Build
Drake has been wanting to build/assemble this dump truck since he opened his gift on Christmas. With all my travel this was the first day that we could sit down and put it together. Cool idea but it was a pain in the neck. None of the nuts and bolts would stay tight so it was constantly falling apart if it was played with at all. He did enjoy the build.
Welcome Home Trip to McCall
The day I got back from AZ, I was exhausted. Kim surprised me when when she picked me up from the airport. She had lined up a time share in snowy McCall for just the two of us and we heading there that evening. The next day we retrieved the kids and took them to the winter carnival. It was a much needed break and the cold was a wonderful respite from the rising Arizona heat.
Back to AZ for Solight
Steve still needed additional operations help back at Solight. So he invited me back down to help manage the manufacturing but more importantly develop and document a manufacturing plan. This was a longer trip from 1/12-27 with longer hours, 12-14 hours a day, Monday – Saturday. On the way down I was able to enjoy the lights of Las Vegas and and spectacular Grand Canyon on the way home.
